Rushanthi Kesunathan is a journalist whose work has appeared in a variety of publications, including The Globe & Mail, the Toronto Star, Beach Metro Community News, and the St. Paul Journal. Her work encompasses everything from general news and features to in-depth reporting.

Her collaborative work on serial killer Bruce McArthur and his impact on Toronto’s LGBTQ community won first place at the 2018 Better Newspaper Competition.

Rushanthi is a graduate of the journalism program at Centennial College in East York, Ont.
